Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong recruitment pipeline focusing on the e-Commerce market focusing on an international candidate pool in SEA.
  • Expand the SELLinALL’s candidate market reach to international across regions.
  • Utilizing all recruitment channels to find candidates, job advertisements, internal database, referrals.
  • Conduct full recruitment process; from sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Recruitment field (recruitment agency is advantage)
  • Must have exposure to international market besides Malaysia
  • The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands
  • High level of commitment and attention to detail.
  • Working experience in an e-commerce startup.
  • Self-motivated, rigorous and excellence-oriented
  • Can do attitude
