- Build a strong recruitment pipeline focusing on the e-Commerce market focusing on an international candidate pool in SEA.
- Expand the SELLinALL’s candidate market reach to international across regions.
- Utilizing all recruitment channels to find candidates, job advertisements, internal database, referrals.
- Conduct full recruitment process; from sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Recruitment field (recruitment agency is advantage)
- Must have exposure to international market besides Malaysia
- The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands
- High level of commitment and attention to detail.
- Working experience in an e-commerce startup.
- Self-motivated, rigorous and excellence-oriented
- Can do attitude
